Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team or visit your local Stickley showroom with your original order number and receipt to begin the return authorization process.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure all furniture items are in their original, showroom condition; our team will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup for large pieces or provide a shipping label for smaller accents.
Quality Inspection
Once the item returns to our facility, our master craftspeople will inspect the piece to verify its condition and ensure no transit damage occurred.
Refund Processing
After a successful inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and delivery fees, within 7-10 business days.
